Hey Doug,

I'm a long time listener of your podcast and finally decided to drop by after watching your video via iTunes. It's quite funny, after listening to you on the Bigg Success Show I took a closer look around me and yes, you are so right there is a lack of leadership out there. Thanks for addressing this topic and pointing out the need to do something about it. Oh and guess what?! I've identified my first opportunity to lead on a small project otherwise it will go down the tube. :-)
